We can recommend the optimal solution for free based on your sales scenario and usage purpose.

A: We mainly supply five types of compost turners: crawler type, trough type, chain plate type, impeller type and pull type. Crawler type is perfect for small-scale windrow composting with high flexibility; trough type/impeller type fits medium-scale trough fermentation with low energy consumption and uniform turning; chain plate type/pull type is designed for large-scale production lines with high processing capacity and efficiency. Our technicians will recommend accurately based on your fermentation method.

A: The regular payment term is 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment. We support common foreign trade payment methods including T/T and L/C, with formal sales and purchase contracts signed to protect the rights and interests of both parties. Customized equipment shall be paid according to the nodes agreed in the contract.

A: For small standard equipment, delivery is made within 15-25 working days after receiving the deposit; for large customized production lines, delivery is within 25-35 working days after receiving the deposit. We will ship to the destination port you designated. For customers in Rajasthan, India, Mundra Port is preferred as it has the most convenient logistics and lowest transit cost. If the designated port is not in our logistics service system, we will communicate with you in advance to replace the optimal alternative port.

A: Yes. After the equipment arrives, we will arrange professional technicians to install and debug the equipment for free to ensure normal operation and meet the agreed capacity. Meanwhile, we provide free training for operators, covering equipment operation, daily maintenance, troubleshooting, raw material fermentation technology and other contents until the operators are fully proficient.
