Automatic Aerobic Fermentation Tank for Organic Conversion

Our fermentation tanks are engineered for efficient fermentation, decomposition, and degradation of organic waste including chicken manure, cow manure, sheep manure, pig manure, and agricultural straw. The vertical design accommodates large-capacity materials with standard tank volumes ranging from 30m³ to 120m³.

The fermentation system includes: stainless steel fermentation inner tank, stirring device, ventilation system, temperature control unit, feed and discharge ports, hydraulic station, power distribution system, weather protection, deodorization system, and PLC automation controls.
