This chain-plate type compost turner is engineered for maximum durability and long-term reliability, specifically optimized for high-intensity, heavy-load composting operations. The core chain-plate working assembly is constructed from thickened 65Mn high-carbon manganese steel, undergoing dual quenching, tempering, and surface hardening treatments that double its wear resistance and impact toughness. This robust construction easily withstands continuous friction and collision from hard materials including wood chips, straw, and industrial organic residues, extending chain plate service life to 8-10 years – three times longer than ordinary models.

The chain transmission system features a fully enclosed oil-immersed dust-proof structure with imported double-sealed bearings, completely isolating components from compost dust, corrosive leachate, and humid air. This design eliminates common issues of chain jamming, rusting, and slackening. The entire machine frame is welded from high-strength seamless steel pipes with integral triangular bracing reinforcement, having passed 10,000-hour vibration testing without deformation or cracking.
