Chain-Plate Compost Turner

Superior Durability & Construction

The chain-plate working unit features thickened 65Mn high-carbon manganese steel with double quenching and surface hardening treatment. This robust construction withstands continuous friction from hard materials including wood chips, straw, and industrial organic residues, extending service life to 8-10 years.

Unlike ordinary semi-open designs, our transmission system employs an oil-immersed fully sealed configuration with imported double-sealed bearings. This completely blocks erosion from compost dust and corrosive leachate, eliminating common chain jamming and rusting faults.

The frame is welded from high-strength seamless steel pipes with integral triangular bracing reinforcement, ensuring resistance to long-term vibration and heavy-load operation without deformation or cracking.
