Product Overview
This vertical type crusher breaks the traditional "single particle size limitation" and serves as a high-precision particle size customizable tool for graded organic fertilizer production. Unlike conventional vertical crushers that output only fixed-particle materials, it features a layered crushing cavity with stepless adjustment system.
By changing blade kits and adjusting the gap between blades and screen mesh, it achieves precise particle size output ranging from fine powder (≤3mm) for seedling fertilizer to coarse particles (20-30mm) for base fertilizer.
Equipped with material-specific blade kits, it can be targeted to crush straw, livestock manure blocks, fruit tree branches and other materials, ensuring optimal crushing effect while reducing blade wear.
