Product Description

The Drum Granulator is professional granulation equipment designed for large-scale production of spherical granules from powdery or slurry materials. It features a tilted rotary drum with reinforced wear-resistant inner lining, equipped with built-in lifting plates and shaping baffles. During operation, the drum rotates at constant speed, and the lifting plates continuously scoop up raw materials and drop them, while shaping baffles guide materials to collide and rub against each other repeatedly. Combined with appropriate binding agents, powdery or slurry materials gradually agglomerate into dense, uniform spherical granules. The machine adopts a variable-speed drive system to adjust drum rotation speed according to material properties, ensuring optimal granulation effect and particle size control. Its large-capacity drum design, matched with continuous feeding and discharging systems, supports 24-hour uninterrupted operation, making it an ideal core equipment for bulk granulation production in fertilizer, mineral processing, and building materials industries.
