Production Process Overview

NPK raw materials including urea, phosphate, potassium chloride, and others are precisely weighed via an automatic batching system and uniformly mixed. The materials are then fed into a drum granulator with intelligent binder spraying. After granulation, materials undergo high-efficiency drying, cooling, and double-layer precision screening. Oversized particles are crushed for recycling, while qualified granules enter automatic packaging (20-50kg/bag), fully complying with GB/T 15063-2020 standards.
