The packaging process begins by placing an empty bag on the discharge outlet, where the machine automatically clamps it securely. Material flows into the bag via gravity, belt, or screw feeding modes.

The system continuously weighs material in real-time and automatically stops feeding once the preset weight is reached. The filled bag is then conveyed to the sewing station by belt conveyor, where the bag mouth is sealed to complete the packaging process.
