Utilizing sealed fermentation technology with adjustable high temperatures ranging from 80℃ to 110℃, it effectively eliminates pests and eggs. The system features fully automated control of aeration, temperature regulation, and stirring processes. A pneumatic discharging mechanism enables rapid material output, ensuring complete automation without manual intervention.

Raw organic materials are transported into the fermentation tank via the feeding conveyor. The machine automatically controls stirring, aeration, and temperature to maintain optimal high-temperature aerobic fermentation conditions.

During the high-temperature treatment phase, harmful bacteria and worm eggs are effectively eliminated. Upon completion of fermentation, the pneumatic discharging mechanism automatically opens and discharges the decomposed organic material.
