Production Line Overview

This complete NPK compound fertilizer production line is specially developed for producing granular compound fertilizer with adjustable nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium ratios. It covers the full-process workflow from automatic batching to finished-product packaging.

Finished NPK fertilizer granules feature uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, and good anti-caking performance, making them convenient for storage, transportation, and farm application. This turn-key solution is widely adopted by medium to large fertilizer factories for producing different-formula compound fertilizers.

Main Equipment Composition

Automatic Batching System: Accurately weighs nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and filler raw materials
Material Crusher: Crushes agglomerated chemical raw materials into fine powder
Mixer: Fully blends multiple powder raw materials for even nutrient distribution
Granulator: Converts mixed powder into fertilizer granules (rotary drum / double-roller extrusion optional)
Rotary Dryer & Cooler: Reduces granule moisture and cools down hot fertilizer particles to prevent caking
Rotary Trommel Screen: Separates qualified granules from oversized and undersized return materials
Automatic Quantitative Packaging Machine: Weighs and seals finished NPK fertilizer bags
