Heavy Duty Rotary Fertilizer Dryer Designed for Continuous Drying of Granular and Powder Fertilizers with Stable Operation

This rotary drum dryer is core equipment for drying formed fertilizer granules in organic fertilizer plants. It continuously extracts hot air from the hot blast stove through the tail fan. As the cylinder rotates, internal lifting plates lift and drop materials repeatedly to realize full contact between fertilizer granules and hot air, which removes moisture efficiently. It is suitable for drying cow manure granular fertilizer, chicken manure granular fertilizer, compound mixed fertilizer, fungus stick granular fertilizer and other organic fertilizer particles. The hot air from the hot blast stove flows through the rotating cylinder under the traction of the tail fan. The inclined drum rotates slowly, and the lifting plates inside lift the wet fertilizer granules up and drop them continuously. Materials fully contact with high-temperature hot air, the moisture inside the granules evaporates and is taken away by the airflow, so the fertilizer granules reach the target moisture content and finish drying.
