This rotary drum dryer is core equipment for drying formed fertilizer granules in organic fertilizer plants. It continuously draws hot air from the hot blast stove through the tail fan. Hot air from the hot blast stove flows through the rotating cylinder under the traction of the tail fan. The inclined drum rotates slowly, and the lifting plates inside lift the wet fertilizer granules and drop them continuously. The materials fully contact the high-temperature hot air, the moisture inside the granules evaporates and is carried away by the airflow, and the fertilizer granules reach the target moisture content to complete drying.
