The crawler compost turner is a mobile fermentation machine designed for organic waste treatment. It handles poultry manure, sludge, sugar filter mud, residue, cake meal, straw and other organic wastes for compost fermentation. The crawler compost turner travels along the stacked organic material windrows while the operator controls the machine from inside the comfortable cab. The rotary tillage roller beneath the machine turns and mixes the materials evenly, enabling aerobic fermentation of the raw materials. The machine automatically completes material stacking after turning. It can finish fermentation, dewatering and maturing without the need to build deep fermentation grooves.
