This complete organic fertilizer production line is designed for recycling organic waste, such as chicken manure, cow manure, sheep manure, sludge, crop straw, and mushroom residue. It turns raw organic materials into granular organic fertilizer through a series of processes: fermentation, crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, and packaging. It is a turnkey solution for medium and large fertilizer plants. The entire line can be customized according to your raw material, site area, target output, and local requirements.
First, organic raw materials are composted and fermented to kill harmful bacteria and decompose organic matter. The fermented material is then crushed and screened, and mixed evenly with auxiliary materials. After that, the material enters the granulator to form fertilizer granules. The fresh granules go through drying and cooling to reduce moisture. Finally, qualified particles are screened and sent to the automatic packaging machine for bagging.
