Roller Extrusion Granulator – Dry-Type Granulation Equipment

The Double Roller Extrusion Granulator is an advanced dry-type granulation system that transforms powdery, crystalline, or micro-granular raw materials into dense, high-strength pellets through high-pressure extrusion between two counter-rotating rollers. This innovative equipment achieves direct granulation via the physical bonding force of materials themselves, eliminating the need for water addition, drying processes, or chemical binders.

Energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective production with consistent particle quality and forming rates exceeding 92%.
