The Low-Temp Double Roller Extrusion Granulator is specialized dry-type granulation equipment designed for heat-sensitive, high-value powdery raw materials. It converts powder to pellets through high-pressure mechanical extrusion (0.8-22MPa) between two counter-rotating, temperature-controlled rollers, without adding water, chemical binders, or relying on high-temperature drying. The unique roller cooling system maintains granulation temperature below 60℃, effectively preserving active ingredients, nutritional value, and chemical stability of sensitive materials.
