Production Process Overview

Fermented raw materials (55-65℃, moisture 35-40%) are crushed and screened to remove impurities, then fed into the disc granulator. With precise atomized binder spraying and adjustable disc rotation (18-25 rpm), materials form uniform granules. After drying, cooling, and secondary screening, qualified granules enter the automatic quantitative packaging system (20-50kg/bag), fully complying with GB/T 19524.1-2017 standards.

Application Scope

Ideal for medium-scale livestock and poultry farms, regional organic fertilizer factories, agricultural waste recycling projects, and ecological planting bases. Processes livestock manure, crop straw, urban sludge, and other organic wastes into high-quality granule fertilizer for local market supply.
