Production Process Overview

Fermented raw materials (55-70℃, moisture 32-38%) undergo two-stage crushing and precision screening, then enter the large-scale disc granulator. With intelligent atomized binder spraying, adjustable disc rotation (15-22 rpm) and angle (36-50°), materials form uniform granules. After high-efficiency drying, cooling, and double-layer screening, qualified granules are conveyed to automatic packaging (20-50kg/bag), complying with GB/T 19524.1-2017.

Application Scope

Designed for large-scale breeding bases, industrial organic fertilizer enterprises, and urban-rural solid waste treatment projects. Processes livestock manure, crop straw, urban sludge, and other organic wastes into high-grade granule fertilizer for regional and inter-regional market supply.
