Powdery raw materials with proper moisture enter the granulating chamber evenly. Under the continuous squeezing force from the rotating pressing roller, the materials are extruded through the holes on the mould to form cylindrical strips. The cutting device cuts the strips into uniform cylindrical pellets. The whole granulation process is finished at room temperature without adding extra binders.

It is widely used for granulation of chicken manure, cow dung, pig manure, sheep manure, compost, straw powder and other organic raw materials.
