Production Process Overview
The raw materials first enter the continuous aerobic fermentation system and undergo three stages: pre-heating (50-60℃), high-temperature decomposition (65-70℃), and cooling & maturation (≤45℃). This three-stage process ensures full decomposition of organic matter, harmless treatment (killing ≥99% of harmful bacteria and parasite eggs), and stable nutrient conversion.
The decomposed materials (with moisture content 35-40%) form agglomerates, which are then crushed by a high-efficiency hammer crusher into uniform coarse powder (particle size ≤10mm).
The crushed materials pass through a rotary vibrating screener (10-20 mesh adjustable) to remove impurities (stones, plastic, metal fragments) and oversized particles, ensuring the intermediate product meets the required fineness for subsequent processing.
The qualified powder is conveyed by a closed screw conveyor to an automatic quantitative packaging machine (weighing range 20-50kg/bag, error ≤±0.2kg), completing weighing, filling, heat-sealing, and finished product discharge. The final product is a uniform, odorless powder organic fertilizer meeting national agricultural standards.
