6 T/H Capacity Powder Organic Fertilizer Production Line

Cost-effective waste-to-fertilizer solution for medium-scale organic waste treatment and semi-industrialized fertilizer production.

Production Process Overview

Raw materials first enter the medium-scale continuous aerobic fermentation system, undergoing three sequential stages:

Pre-heating (55-65°C)
High-temperature decomposition (65-72°C)
Cooling & maturation (≤45°C)

This intelligent temperature-controlled process ensures full decomposition of organic matter, thorough harmless treatment (achieving ≥99.2% inactivation of harmful bacteria and parasite eggs), and efficient activation of nutrient components.

The decomposed materials (moisture content controlled at 32-38%) form dense agglomerates, which are then processed by a two-stage crushing system:

Primary impact crusher for coarse crushing
Secondary high-speed hammer crusher for fine crushing

This produces uniform fine powder with a particle size ≤9mm.

Subsequently, the crushed materials pass through a single-layer rotary vibrating screener (adjustable mesh size: 12-22 mesh) to efficiently separate impurities and oversized particles. Qualified powder is conveyed via closed screw conveyor to an automatic quantitative packaging system (weighing range: 20-50kg/bag, weighing error ≤±0.15kg), completing automatic weighing, filling, heat-sealing, coding, and finished product stacking.
