High Granulation Rate Disc Granulator for Organic Fertilizer Pellet Making

The disc granulator adopts an integral arc design with a granulation rate exceeding 93%. Ideal for intermittent production, it significantly reduces labor intensity while improving working efficiency. This equipment is widely used for pelletizing powdery, flaky, or small block materials including coal powder, cement, clinker, compound fertilizer, chemical fertilizer, and organic fertilizer.

Working Process

Powder raw materials are fed into the rotating disc. By adding proper amounts of water or binder, materials roll and agglomerate inside the inclined disc to gradually form round pellets. The non-power scraper continuously cleans the disc surface to prevent material sticking. Qualified pellets roll out from the disc edge, enabling continuous granulation operation.
