The ZG-series rotary drum granulator is a mainstream wet granulation equipment that converts powdery raw materials into solid spherical granules. This robust system consists of a rotating drum, supporting device, transmission unit, lubrication assembly, feeding & discharging device, and airflow system.

Designed for continuous 24-hour mass production, this machine is widely applied in organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical industries. The rubber lining inside prevents material sticking, reduces downtime for cleaning, and extends service life. Available models include ZG2400 and ZG2400PLUS to accommodate different motor configuration requirements.

Pre-mixed powder raw materials are continuously fed into the inclined rotary drum. As the cylinder rotates at constant speed, water or steam is sprayed inside as a binder. Powders collide, tumble, and agglomerate into granules under gravity and centrifugal force. Gradually grown spherical pellets flow out from the discharge end, then proceed to subsequent drying, cooling, and screening procedures.
