Introduction

The double roller extrusion granulator adopts a dry granulation process. It can complete normal-temperature granulation of dry powder materials and form pellets in one pass. It features high balling rate and strong pellet hardness. With low investment and quick return, this machine is widely used for granulation in fertilizer, feed and chemical industries.

Working Process

Production Flow:

Dry powder raw materials with proper moisture (2%-5%) are fed into the machine from the feeding inlet. Two counter-rotating rollers squeeze the powder under pressure, compressing powder into oblate pellets. Finished pellets are discharged from the outlet directly. No heating or drying needed during the whole production.
