This machine is widely used for pelletizing powdery, flaky, or small block materials including coal powder, cement, clinker, compound fertilizer, chemical fertilizer, and organic fertilizer.

Powder raw materials are fed into the rotating disc. Through continuous rotation and water spraying, fine powder aggregates and gradually forms round pellets. The non-power scraper maintains disc cleanliness to prevent material caking. Qualified spherical pellets automatically roll out, while unformed powder continues the granulation process within the disc.
