304 Stainless Steel Rotary Drum Microfilter with Automatic Backwash and Dual-Stage Separation for Solid-Liquid Separation

GT-3000 rotary drum microfilter separator is dual-stage solid-liquid separation equipment integrating rotary drum microfiltration and screw extrusion. The entire machine utilizes 304 stainless steel for the main body, drum screen, and extrusion screw, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.

Sewage enters from the dual-direction feeding inlet, where the large-area integrated forming drum screen intercepts solid manure, pig hair, and residues. Internal screw blades convey solids to the extrusion zone for further dewatering. An optional top spray pump provides automatic backwashing to maintain screen cleanliness.

Finished solids are discharged via the spring anti-spray outlet, while filtered liquid flows out for subsequent treatment. This equipment is widely used in large-scale pig farms and biogas plants for manure harmless disposal and resource utilization.
