Inclined Climbing Vibrating Screen Solid‑Liquid Separator Combined With Screw Extrusion Dewatering Machine for Breeding Plant

This high-frequency vibration inclined climbing solid-liquid separator is specially developed for further reducing solid content in farm wastewater. It consists of screen box, vibrator, support system and secondary screw extrusion dewatering unit.

Two independent vibrators run synchronously in reverse rotation. Eccentric blocks generate periodic exciting force to drive screen box and screen mesh for high-frequency reciprocating motion, which effectively avoids screen hole clogging and material adhesion. Intercepted solid materials move forward along inclined screen and fall into screw extruder for further squeezing and dewatering.

This equipment is mostly applied as secondary fine-filtration equipment after primary solid-liquid separation. It greatly reduces solid content of effluent, decreases flocculant dosage of downstream screw press machine and saves waste-water treatment cost.

• High-frequency anti-clogging screening: High-frequency reciprocating movement of screen surface solves sticking and blocking problems; polyester filter screen, 100-150 mesh optional, standard 150 mesh.
• Integrated secondary screw extrusion dewatering: Captured solids automatically feed into 304 stainless steel screw extruder for deeper dehydration, one-step complete screening and squeezing.
• Stable heavy-duty structure: Vibration screen adopts anti-corrosion carbon-steel frame, 16 mm thick vibration plate, equipped with damping shock absorber for stable operation.
• Remote-controllable electric cabinet: Stainless-steel 5-loop control cabinet supports local operation and remote remote-control.
• Large throughput: Processing capacity 15-30m³/h, SS removal rate ≥80%, effectively reduce load for subsequent wastewater treatment equipment.
• Complete supporting configuration: Matching water pump and steel-wire flexible water hose for convenient on-site installation.
