High-frequency vibration inclined-plate solid-liquid separator with capacity 15-30m³/h and SS removal rate ≥80%. Features anti-clogging high-frequency vibrating screen and secondary 304 stainless-steel screw extruder for deep dewatering. Equipped with 100-150 mesh reinforced polyester screen and stainless-steel control cabinet with remote control capability. Total power: 13KW.

This high-frequency vibration inclined-plate solid-liquid separator is specially designed for reducing solid content in breeding wastewater. The system consists of screen box, vibrator, support system, and secondary screw extrusion dewatering unit. Dual vibrators run synchronously in reverse rotation, generating periodic exciting force that drives the screen box for high-frequency reciprocating motion to prevent mesh blocking.
