Introduction of GT-3500 Rotary Drum Micro Filter Separator

GT-3500 rotary drum micro filter separator adopts upgraded double screw extrusion design, integrating rotary drum microfiltration and dual-screw dewatering. All material contact parts are 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life.

Wastewater enters through dual-direction feeding inlet. The integrated drum screen intercepts solid manure and pig hair. Dual coaxial screw blades convey solids to extrusion zone for deeper dewatering. Optional top spray pump provides automatic backwashing to keep the screen clean.

Solid materials are discharged via spring anti-spray outlet, while filtered liquid flows out for subsequent treatment. Widely applied in large-scale pig farms and biogas plants for manure harmless treatment and resource recycling.

• 304 stainless steel wetted parts: All parts touching raw materials adopt 304 stainless steel. Drum diameter 700mm, screen length 1952mm, filtration area 5.24㎡, built-in coaxial screw blades.
• Upgraded double screw extrusion system: 2 sets of wear-resistant 304 extrusion screws. Screw diameter 180mm, pitch 150mm, 8mm thick plate. Higher load capacity compared with single screw model.
• High separation performance: Solid interception rate＞90%, solid moisture after dewatering 45‑60%, effluent solid content＜2%.
• Optional automatic backwashing system: 750W spray pump mounted on top to continuously flush screen and avoid clogging.
• Complete safety control cabinet: 304 stainless steel electrical box with thermal, overload and phase-loss protection, frequency conversion flow adjustment.
• Spring anti-spray discharge port: Effectively prevent material splashing under low concentration condition. Φ76mm tee feeding pipe supports dual-direction feeding.
• Stable driving system: 2 sets of 4KW extrusion motors, 2.2KW drum motor. Cycloidal pin gear reducers for extrusion, RV90-63 reducer for drum.
