Raw materials are fed into the rotating granulation disc. For wet granulation, raw powder mixes with liquid additives sprayed from the device. With continuous rotation of the disc, materials roll and agglomerate gradually to form round granules. For dry granulation, pre-treated dry powder materials roll inside the rotating disc and form granular products. The scraper continuously cleans the disc surface to prevent sticking. Qualified granular materials are discharged after forming.
