The double roller extrusion granulator adopts a no-drying granulation process, achieving normal-temperature, one-time forming for dry powder materials. It eliminates the need for additional drying equipment, significantly reducing overall production investment and energy consumption. The finished pellets feature a high granulation rate and strong compressive strength.
With a compact structure and stable operation, this machine delivers fast returns and strong economic benefits. It is widely used for granulation in the fertilizer, feed, and chemical industries. It processes dry powder materials with low moisture content of 2%–5% and produces oblate pellets with an adjustable diameter from 4 mm to 10 mm. It is an ideal molding device for small and medium dry powder granulation projects.

This double roller extrusion granulator is widely applied in the fertilizer, animal feed, and chemical industries. It works with organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, ammonium sulfate, humic acid, bentonite, graphite powder, snow-melting agent, carbon additive, talcum powder, white carbon black, mineral powder, catalyst, pesticide powder, and other dry powder materials. It is well suited to small and medium production lines that require dry granulation without a drying process.
This machine operates on the dry roll compaction extrusion principle. Dry powder raw materials with a moisture content of 2%–5% are fed evenly between a pair of synchronously rotating rollers. Under the squeezing force of the two rollers, the powder materials are compressed and extruded into oblate pellets through the mold grooves on the roller surface.
The entire granulation process runs at normal temperature without adding water or binders, and no drying treatment is needed after forming. Qualified pellets are discharged directly after extrusion, while a small amount of unformed powder can be recycled and fed again for secondary granulation.
Ideal for: Small and medium dry powder granulation projects requiring a compact, energy-efficient, and cost-effective molding solution with no drying stage.
