Raw powder materials are fed evenly into the granulation chamber through the feeding hopper. Two rollers rotate in opposite directions and generate high extrusion pressure to compress the material into compact sheets or granules.

The specially designed roller molds determine the final particle shape and size. After extrusion, the formed granules are discharged automatically and can be transferred to a screening machine. Oversized particles are crushed and recycled, while qualified granules proceed directly to packaging.
