The double roller extrusion granulator adopts a dry granulation process. It can complete normal-temperature granulation of dry powder materials and form pellets in one pass. It features high balling rate and strong pellet hardness.

Dry powder raw materials with proper moisture (2%-5%) are fed into the machine from the feeding inlet. Two counter-rotating rollers squeeze the powder under pressure, compressing powder into oblate pellets. Finished pellets are discharged from the outlet directly. No heating or drying needed during the whole production.
