Introduction of Disc Pan Granulator

The disc pan granulator adopts an integral arc design, and the granulation rate can reach more than 93%. It is suitable for intermittent production, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving working efficiency.

It is widely used for pelletizing powdery, flaky or small block materials, such as coal powder, cement, clinker, compound fertilizer, chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer.

Working Process of Disc Pan Granulator

Powder raw materials are fed into the rotating disc. With continuous rotation and water spraying, the fine powder aggregates and gradually grows into round pellets. The non-power scraper keeps the disc clean to avoid material caking. Qualified spherical pellets roll out automatically, and unformed powder continues granulation inside the disc.
