Production Process Overview
Raw materials first enter the large-scale continuous aerobic fermentation system, undergoing three sequential stages: pre-heating (55-65℃), high-temperature decomposition (68-75℃), and cooling & maturation (≤45℃). This intelligent temperature-controlled process ensures full decomposition of organic matter, thorough harmless treatment (achieving ≥99.5% inactivation of harmful bacteria and parasite eggs), and efficient activation of nutrient components—laying a solid foundation for high-quality fertilizer production.
The decomposed materials (moisture content controlled at 30-35%) form dense agglomerates, which are then processed by a two-stage crushing system (primary jaw crusher for coarse crushing + secondary high-speed hammer crusher for fine crushing) to produce uniform fine powder with a particle size ≤8mm.
Subsequently, the crushed materials pass through a double-layer rotary vibrating screener (adjustable mesh size: 15-25 mesh) to efficiently separate impurities (e.g., stones, metal fragments, plastic residues) and oversized particles. This strict screening process guarantees that intermediate products meet the high-precision fineness requirements for finished fertilizers.
Qualified powder is conveyed via a closed pipe conveyor to an automatic quantitative packaging system (weighing range: 20-50kg/bag, weighing error ≤±0.1kg), which completes automatic weighing, filling, heat-sealing, coding, and finished product stacking in one continuous flow. The final product is a uniform, odorless, high-nutrient powder organic fertilizer.
