Roller Extrusion Granulation Production Line for Compound Fertilizer Manufacturing

The Roller Extrusion Granulation Production Line is designed for manufacturing compound fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, BB fertilizer, and mineral fertilizer using dry granulation technology. Unlike wet granulation processes, roller extrusion does not require the addition of water or steam, reducing energy consumption and simplifying production.

The batching system automatically weighs raw materials according to preset formulas. Materials are then transferred to the twin-shaft mixer, where nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and other additives are blended evenly to ensure consistent nutrient distribution before granulation.

The extrusion granulator produces fertilizer granules with uniform particle size and stable mechanical strength. After granulation, the screening machine separates qualified products from oversized and undersized particles. Unqualified materials can be recycled back into the production process, improving raw material utilization.

According to production requirements, the line can be equipped with a dryer, cooling machine, and coating machine. The dryer removes excess moisture when necessary, the cooler stabilizes granule temperature, and the coating machine applies a protective layer to improve storage performance and product appearance.

Finished fertilizer is delivered to the automatic packaging machine for weighing, filling, and sealing. The production line can also be equipped with a PLC automatic control system, allowing operators to monitor and adjust the entire process from a centralized control panel, improving production efficiency and reducing manual labor.
